All "Standard" housings are UL-Listed and CSA-Approved. Each housing (except the #400) includes a cadmium-plated steel ferrule. The #100, #200, and #200P housings corporate a plated stainless steel spring for contact with the electrode. All other hardware is of brass.

#100 Housing

This housing is made to withstand extreme changes in weather without breakdowns. Panel opening: 1 3/4". Length: ~4 1/4" (with hardware) Packed 50/ctn.

#200 Housing

This housing is designed for use on smaller signs, channel letters and other places where space is limited. Panel opening: 1 5/6". Length: ~4.1/8" ( with hardware) Packed 50/ctn.

#200 Housing cap

Designed for use with #200 housings, this silicone cap is UL-Listed. Its extreme pliability makes glass tube insertion simple and safe. Packed 100/box.

#200P Housing

This housing is designed for eve more restricted spaces. Panel opening: 1 5/6".Length: 2 1/2". Packed 100/ctn.

#300 Housing

This open housing is designed to accommodate both short and long electrode turn-ups. It is particularly effective when used where moisture is heavy or where insects are problem. panel opening: 1 1/2". Length: ~3 7/16 (with hardware). packed 100/ctn.

#300P Housing

Very similar to the #300, this housing incorporates a wire pigtail and phosphur bronze clip thereby making it easier to make repairs. panel opening: 11/2".Length: ~3 7/16 (with hardware). Packed 100/ctn.

#400 Housing

This is the glass housing insert for SNL I and SNL II Super Shell metal-clad through-wall housings. they can be ordered as replacement parts. Panel opening: Length: ~4 9/16". Packed 25/ctn.

Glass Bushings

Available on special request, the #100, #200, and#300 glass housings can be purchased cut down so as to function as a bushing. Please specify 310 (1 3/4" panel opening), #20(1 5/16" panel opening, or #30 ( 1 1/2" panel opening). All are packed 100/ctn.

Ferrules

Each of the ferrules for the 3100, #200, and #300 housings can be purchased as replacement parts. packed 100/ctn.

SNL I

The "classic" metal-clad through-wall housing, the SNL I is a heavy-gauge seamless steel casing plated to resist corrosion. Each SNL I comes complete with an electrical-grade borosilicate glass housing, expanded spring, and gaskets. Available with integral ,male or female threaded connector. UL and cUL-Listed. Packed 25/box.

SNL II Super Shell

The new standard in metal-clad through-wall housings, Super shell features a seamless, deep-drawn casing with integral mounting flange. The flange provides for proper bonding for electrical ground as well as structural support for the glass insert. The one-piece design also provides more water-resistance than conventional through-walls. UL and cUL-Listed. Packed 25/box.

Raffia caps

Designed for use with through-wall housings, this silicone cap is UL-Listed and facilitates compliance with 1996NEC. Its extreme pliability makes glass tube insertion simple and safe. Packed 100/box RC-200: For # 200 Housing RC-400: For SNL 1 and SNL 2 Thruwall Housings.

Lgloo caps

A one-piece UL-Listed cap snap-fits over the rear of standard and peanut housing. Provides protection against shorts and arcs of high-voltage to either a ground plane or other high-voltage leads. Available in white. Packed 500/box

Electrode caps

Premium-grade brass caps designed for 12 and 15mm tubing. Use of a brass cap insures maximum contact with the spring assembly of the housing therefore extending the expected life of the neon unit and housing. Both regular and extended lengths available. Packed 1000/ctn.

Ross adapters

A modified long electrode cap filled with wire wool, the Ross adapter can, in many cases, allow use of a broken electrode. this increased surface area increases chances to make contact thereby completing the electrical circuit. Packed 100/box.

G* Cups are weather-resistant, durable, and easily withstand extreme temperatures. designed for outdoor use and when combined with optional o-rings, can be used in damp locations. GG* Cup

Similar to the G*, the GG* is designed fir insulating the connection between two electrodes. It is rated for outdoor use, and when installed properly does not need additional protection from rain and snow,. UL and cUL-Listed. Comes complete with stainless steel hanger. Packed 50 per box.

SG-2

Combines a GG* with a mounting bracket variant for use as a connector housing between electrodes in a channel letter or sign. The bracket is constructed from plated steel. comes complete with stainless steel spring. packed 50 per box.

Wire and connector

1000 Volt ballast wire

UL-Listed 14-gauge dual-rated (90 and 105C) appliance wire for wiring lamps and ballasts in signs. Packed 500ft/roll. Color: Black, white, red, green, yellow, blue, orange, brown, purple, blue/white, orange/black red/white. Choose stranded or solid. Other gauges and colors available upon request.

Tie wire

Premium 22 gauge copper wire for tube tie-ups. Choose bare or tinned. Available in 1 lb and 5 lb spool

Clip-its

An insulation-piercing terminal intended for use with GTO-15. made of premium-grade, corrosion-resistant brass. easy to attach with Clip-it cutter/plier tool. Packed 1000/ctn.

Clip-it tool

Professional duty 8" lineman's plies can be used to install Clip-it connectors to GTO wire with a minimum of effort since no stripping us required. Tool double as wire cutter as well.

Nylon end caps

A UL-Listed, CSA-approved closed-end crimp connector with nylon insulation. Designed to accommodate #10, #12, 314, #16, and #18 wire. Packed 1000/bag. Ideally suited for production applications.

Electrode Buttons

Made from a heavy, highly polished brass, our electrode buttons feature large holes for simple application. these buttons are intended for use on 12MM, 13MM, and 15MM electrodes. Packed 1,000/box and 10,000/ master carton.
